Blue Green Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1 banana

1/4 cup blueberries

1 handful of spinach

1 date

1 scoop plant based protein

1 tablespoon spirulina

8 oz water, coconut water or plant based milk

Preparation

Chop banana and place in a plastic container or bag with blueberries and spinach and freeze. This can take 30 to 60 minutes, or make batches for the whole week and freeze them all!

Place all frozen ingredients in blender, then add powders, then liquids.

Blend until smooth and enjoy!
