Ingredients
1 can chickpeas or 2 cups rinsed well
1.5 cloves garlic
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp tahini
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a food processor and let run until smooth. Serve with assorted veggies.
Bonus – top with smoked paprika, pine nuts, fresh herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
