Hydration Tips

Did you know that it is estimated that nearly 75% of the population is chronically dehydrated?

By the time we’re feeling thirsty, we’re already well on our way to dehydration. While headaches, dry skin and lips are a few signs of dehydration, chronic dehydration can also show up as the following symptoms.

Fatigue, Allergies and Asthma, Skin disorders, Constipation and other digestive trouble to name a few.

Luckily, this is something that is fairly easy to correct and you can start right now. In addition to drinking juice, drink more water!

While there is no one size fits all amount, ideally you want to drink half of your body weight in ounces each day.

Add a squeeze of lemon, lime, or fruit. Fruit can be fresh or frozen. Citrus, berries and melon all work well! Let mint leaves steep in your water before drinking or try adding slices of cucumber.
