Sesame Ginger Salad

Dressing Ingredients (4 servings)
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup date paste
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2 inches fresh ginger or 2 ginger ice cubes
3 tbsp tamari
3 cloves garlic
Salt to taste
Salad Ingredients*
1 head romain
1/4 head shredded purple cabbage
1/4 cup pea sprouts
2 shredded carrots
1/4 cup cooked edamame
1 tbsp sesame seeds
*Quantities are suggestions, increase or decrease anything as desired!
Preparation
Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and puree.
Wash and prepare all other ingredients and add to a bowl in whichever quantities you like.
Dress, toss and enjoy!
