Sprouted Salad

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

6 tbsp cup olive oil

1 teaspoon tamari

1 date

1 pinch turmeric

1 pinch black pepper

Water as needed if thinner consistency desired

Salad Ingredients*

3 cups mixed greens (or greens of choice)

1/4 cup broccoli sprouts (or sprouted green of choice)

1/4 cup sprouted chickpeas (or sprouted legume of choice)

1/4 cup diced celery

1/4 cup diced carrots

1/2 avocado cubed

2 tablespoons of hemp hearts

2 tablespoons pickled jalapeños (or any pickle/fermented vegetable of choice)

*Quantities are suggestions, increase or decrease anything as desired!


Put all dressing ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Prep and wash all ingredients and place in a large bowl, other than avocado, and toss.

Add avocado on top and enjoy!
