Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Date Balls

Ingredients

1 cup dates
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup peanuts
2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend into a paste. If you do not have a food processors, dice dates and mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir into a paste.

Form 1 inch balls from the paste and place on a plate or baking sheet.

Freeze for 20 minutes, then put in refrigerator to set.
