1 head romaine sliced thin
1/4 cup tomatoes diced
1/4 red onion chopped fine
2 tbsp carrot bacon
1/4 cup tofu eggs (no extra veggies)
*Quantities are suggestions, increase or decrease anything as desired!
Make bacon ahead of time (or ideally use leftovers).
Begin making the tofu eggs (or ideally use leftovers).
While tofu cooks, make dressing.
Wash and prepare other ingredients and add to a bowl in whichever quantities you like.
Dress, toss and enjoy!
